I tried the 2765, but the flange diameter was too small. It did not support the bolts properly. The 1705 non-thermal is what I went with, it's closer to o.e. height at 1 1/2" vs. 1 1/4" and the flange diameter is closer to o.e. - if not exact. Although the Hayden units have slots instead of holes, the 1705 still is a better fit IMO. You can look through their catalog online and see the specs for all of their clutches. It's also inexpensive, I think I paid about $30 IIRC.

I'm pretty sure the height should be 1.25" not 2.75" ??
I'm not 100%, but I believe the 070 clutch - or one similar dimensionally - was used with all 26" radiator applications (not sure about A/C cars) where a Hemi, A12 Pkg, 4-speed 440, or 383 Axle Package was installed. And the height measurement was 1.25"...Someone else may want to chime in on this?![]()
