Looking for Paint and Body Shop in Maryland

My Fury has acouple of small bubbles and very small rust spot I want to get fixed. Every place Ive taken to near me wants to make a big deal out if it. I dont want to paint the whole car. Just touch up the small spots. The car is a single stage paint now, but all the shops want to base/clear it. Im looking for a shop with in 100 miles of central maryland. So anyone in northern VA, eastern WV, DE, south central PA.
Please let me know if you know anyone that can help me out.
