Ray
Original ones I've removed had this bolt, 7/16 head with an N on it and a 3/4 wide washer. It is 7/8 inch long
Frank Badalson carries shaker feet bolts but I am not sure what is on the head.
The other two in the picture are original grill screw ( S on head... 8 req'd )and original screw that secures rear of cold door to grills ( E on head...2 req'd)
All are black phosphate

I have a question regarding part "M" the actual foot piece. Is the bottom of the foot covered with that black "rubberized" coating (like valve cover tabs) or .... what is on there to protect the valve cover? Anyone know?

Yes the feet themselves are covered with black rubberized coating as you stated.
The area is shown the diagram provided by Ray.
I should add that I have also seen the same shaker foot bolt used with SEMA on the top
