The man. mirror will work for both sides. Don't think R & L man. mirrors were offered from the factory. I have at least one nice one here, may have two but I'll have to look.

The passenger side mirror was an OPTION with or without the driver's side remote mirror. When ordered the mirror "resembled" the remote mirror or was the same as the manually adjustable version.
In '68 dual mirrors were fairly rare, but that doesn't mean they don't come in handy today. I have the '68 Charger numbers.

My 68 sport satellite has dual, ps is manual. Buckets, console, wheel lip moldings, rocker moldings, etc... the other 68s I ever were just ds mirrors.

The option code for the passenger side mirror was 7 under the k on the top row of the fender tag.
My 70 RR has right and left manual mirrors as well.
