does anyone repop the 70 federal? and where does the little hose connect too?? thanks moparts

No,used originals or NOS - neither are super hard to find

I should say carb bowl vent , BUT looking at the size of the port I would say body vapor return line( but vapor return isn't required on 70 federal cars)

that is why i was wondering?? fsm doesn't give a clear view of it? thanks

Correct, the California cars in '70 and all in '71 would have had the three-nipple version.
1. Air cleaner base
2. Carb bowl vent
3. vent line to rear of car

My '71 Survivor had one as well as my most recent '70 six pack Charger R/T should have had (it was a California car without tips).
