Was a rear sway bar an option for a Ebody equipped with a Dana, or just 8 3/4 cars? Would it even fit? Thx

Not sure if it was available (don't think so) but I had one under my 70 challenger with a dana, original 8&3/4 diff car, (and will again when I reassemble it)

I believe the only DANA 60s that got a sway bar were the '72 b-bodies.

72 body sway bar for dana 60 is the same one as a 8.3/4
71 b-bodys do not come with one

72 dana sway bars have a "dip" in them. They aren't the same.

Thanks for the responses. I had trouble finding anything info on this, but now it looks like the Challenger will not get a rear sway bar.

Well, I'm about to put one on mine whether it's correct or not. Why? Because it corners like a drunken Pig, that's why!
