How to - B body window regulator roller stud

Customer asked "how do you R&R that metal sud"? I assume it riveted/sawged in place. Seems like an aftermarket part would be drilled and tapped so it could be attached with a screw. I worked in industrail automation and know the orbiotal riveting equipemnt used for this type of stuff. Doubt many have one in their garage or access to one.
