In 1970 were the wheel lip moldings a part of the Cuda package or were they optional?

1970 'cuda (BS23 & BS27):
M26 wheel lip mouldings were STANDARD
starting with February '70 production - they were deleted from hemi'cudas
they were deleted from cars with the AAR package "A53" - but they were OPTIONAL
