1968 & 1969 B Body Hurst Shifter - 11/25/20 05:20 AM
Is this shifter still not reproduced? And does anyone know the height and layback dimensions?

Bench seat or console? Should assume that if you're also asking about '68 Road Runner (only) then you're asking about a bench seat. But '68 GTX had buckets and console...........and GTX MATT is kind of a give away

I'm not aware of any reproduction of the "plug-in" OEM Hurst shifter.
I have, though, drilled a stock lever for the bolt-in style Comp+ shifter and it works fine.
For the OEM version, as far as I know they're rebuildable, if you're OK with tying the car up for that.

Check with Brewers Performance in Ohio. Wayne may have a used original or know where you can find one.
