74 Charger Inside Quarter Window Sweeps

I had to remove the quarter window sweeps that attach to the plastic pillar panel cover to replace them. The staples used originally are heavy duty (see photo). What have others used to reattach the new sweeps? Thanks for any helpful ideas.
