The 2 shaker feet brackets that bolt to the cylinder heads..are the brackets partially dipped in rubber and are the bolts engine color or left natural

4 barrel feet brackets were not dipped in rubber like their 440-6 and 426 counterparts.
They were bare steel painted black
The head mounting bolts were left natural in my opinion, at least negative cable side.
Bolt has the circled E on the face there.
