door hinges rebuilding?

Ok rebuilt many late model door hinges over the years and have rebuilt some A and B body hinges over the years. The A and B style ones I had just found pins that were close in length and found some bushings that worked. Does any one actually sell the correct style pins and bushings for say an A body? I know AMD has new sets but looking at cost options for my customer with his 74 duster. Rather be able to give him costs for new ones and what he would have in rebuilding his original ones if he chooses. Being an AMD dealer I naturally can buy the news ones cheaper than list obviously but still like to give him options.
