My aunts t/a build sheet

My aunts t/a build sheet - 06/26/19 08:30 PM

My aunt just found her build sheet for her unrestored t/a. Have a couple questions, what is wheel cover 43? It also has rev lite wrote across it in black pencil?? And about 5 or 6 codes circled in pen. Shed any light on these subjects for me? Thanks Ryan

It must have been the broadcast sheet taped to the back of the glove box liner.

'rev lite' refers to the reverse light indicator on the underside of the dash.

The other circled items for a sheet found on the back side of the glove box liner usually refelt items the dash loaders needed to know. Color of pad, tachometer or not, etc.

43 is the code for trim rings. Skip to the bottom line, look for W21.

Has your Aunt checked inside the front seat backs & rear seat springs for additional broadcast sheets yet?

Some cars have as many as five in them & fairly often for one or two are for other cars as well due to how the sub-assembly lines were run at Hamtramck.

Good info, yes Barry it was on the back of the glovebox. No she hasn't, I'm sure I will be the one looking for more when I get it. Very bottom says wheels, 2 with a - in yellow and a 1 below it. Also has a 99 in the same grease pencil below the trans am at the bottom that the rev lite was wrote in.

Thanks Ryan!

Is it one for someone who was missing theirs or a previously unknown car?

It matches a Registry members car.

That helps makes match-ups like this one easy! beer

Hi greendart408 and Barry,
That TA broadcast sheet is for my friend here in New York.
He asked me to thank you both for a great job and getting his sheet back with his TA
I also thank you both for helping my friend out

He is a good guy, I have known him for years.

Another T/A broadcast sheet was handed in at Carlisle & it took a while to track down the cars new owner, but I was able to deliver that one in person today.

Every time one is matched up, it feels awesome. beer

We also found a broadcast sheet in that T/A for a different one, so this big ol' Registry wheel keeps rolling forward......

It was good to see you at Carlisle Bob. wave

So neat, Iโ€™m so glad with Barryโ€™s help
It went to the only place it needed to go, to the deserving owner.
Thanks
