Could someone post a picture of original 1972 A Body/Demon horns? Need to see if they were Prestolite or Spartan brand and if the brackets were bolted on or riveted on.Thanks for any help!!

Jim,

Here is a picture of the horns on a 72 Dart I saved from an ebay auction that supposedly only had 28 miles. Also attached is the window sticker from the car so you can see SPD, plant, and other particulars to see how close to yours.

Thanks for the info Ed and Mike.Are the brackets on originals riveted on? I see some NOS ones were the brackets look like they either bolt on or are held on by a nut.It looks like in the one photo that they may be riveted on?

Those look bolted, the slot at the end of the bracket is where a tab was bent to lock into the panel to keep it from twisting.

Is the bracket where it attaches to the horn itself bolted on or riveted ?
