Broadcast Sheet Experts - 09/30/18 04:56 AM

Okay, I've run across something unusual (or maybe not?). The 71 Hemi RR that is in the WIW section that is on eBay now.

The broadcast sheet in the eBay listing starts off:
Basic Car 1, then "B" and then the Sequence Number is 160327.
Under Remarks (at the bottom of the BS) is the number 1402.

I have a another copy of a broadcast sheet for the same car, it starts off:
Basic Car 1, then "A" and then the Sequence Number is 160154.
Under Remarks (at the bottom of the BS) is the number 0981.

Everything else on the 2 copies of the Broadcast Sheets are the same, except for the wax pencil markings on them.

I can see the A and the B, as they are different copies, probably sequentially labelled A, B, C, D, etc... for however many copies were printed for the car.

Anyone know why the sequence numbers are different? What does the sequence number designate?

Under Remarks, why would one sheet have 1402, and 0981 on the other?

I realize there are not that many cars that have multiple complete broadcast sheets that are correct for the car, so a small sampling to learn from. Heck, most people would love to have just one sheet.

I've just never noticed any difference in the information before on the multiple sheets for the same car. I'm trying to learn why they are different.

Printed at different times on different printers.

The 4 numbers on the bottom are the print times.

You can check for different fonts also, check the 1s, 3s & 5s.

I believe A,B,C... are different stations in the assembly plant and each have unique sequence numbers for that station.
