69 Charger 440 power steering pulley question - 04/07/18 01:26 AM
I believe I have the wrong pulley for my Federal power steering pum. For it to line up with the crank pulley, I would have to pull it half way off the shaft, I looked and looked to see if a B body has a different pulley than maybe a C body, or the one I have is a non AC pulley, and I have AC. I saw one one on ebay that possibly is the right one, because with the sideview pic, the flange for the puller isn't visible, and on mine it is, so I'm thinking it has the correct offset, can someone enlighten me on these pulley and the different offsets?
Thanks
Duane

If is any help, here is the '69 parts catalog pump listing. It refers to "slotted shaft" and "threaded shaft". I assume that is the Federal/Saginaw difference. Maybe someone here will know for sure.
As you probably know, B bodies are R and W models in the parts catalog.

Here is the pulley listing. I cut off the top so I could enlarge it to be more readable. B bodies are the 4th and 5th column from the left.

I was curious about which pump was which, so looked in the '69 FSM. It has an illustration that helps a lot.
