E Body convertible restoration questions

I'm getting ready to put my convertible back together and realized I forgot to get a few things and have a few things to get done still. I was wondering
- Who restores three speed wiper motors
- What is the correct white top from Kee for a 71 challenger convertible (pinpoint?)
- Who has the best repop seatbelt sets for converts
- Where to get a correct windshield
- Who has the best restoration spray paints

My 71 convertible has the crush (grained) type top, not pinpoint, and with the glass back window.

My 71 is all original and it has a pinpoint white top.

So how was it determined if the convertible top was pinpoint or crushed vinyl material when built? I've seen both tops.
