anyone seen this on a build sheet before?

my 71 bee has" D21 STOP" on the bottom of the sheet,have never seen that before,car is a 4 speed .....

Look for a metal bracket welded between the bench seat & the shifter under the carpet.

What is the bracket for?

To stop the seat from sliding into the shifter or by accident.

Common in manual trans / bench seat cars.

My 69 Bucket seat Dart GTS has that under the carpet .

That is why I said

They have been found in bucket seat cars too.

I wasn't questioning you I was just pointing something out pertaining to my GTS. I was surprised to find it there under the carpet.

All buckets seat A-Body's had them...

My bucket seat A-Body 4-speed had one, but I removed it to save weight.
