I have some NOS G70 x 15 White line Goodyear tires and I need some assistance decoding the dates.

With the single-digit year code you might be able to narrow down the date code by knowing what years that particular manufacturer made that particular model/size.

33rd week of either 1991 or 1981 and 3rd week of 1992 or 1982 would be my guess.

Picked these up on the way to Nats in Dayton 1983, so possibly 1981? Although, I thought they'd be earlier dates being white line tires like perhaps 71 & 72.

That is very possible.I am not sure what year they switch to more "readable" DOT/date codes.I know the early ones (60's to early 70's) had a more scrambled code.Dan P is the onboard expert on decoding those.But even with todays tires the last 4 number,or if it is pre 2000,the last 3 numbers,the first 2 are the week and the last 1 or 2 are the year

From memory!!! That uses the old 10 digit system.
33rd week of 71 and 3rd week of 72. That particular tire wasn't produced in the 80's. I would have to look at my books to be 100% sure.
