dash pad stud thread size?

I cant find little nuts that hold the dash pad to the dash frame. Cant seem to find the thread size either.

Can someone help me, I don't really want to use the speed nuts as they don't hold for crap IMHO.

Bob, those are the screws that hold the dash frame to the body.

the pad is attached with the above 10-24 stamped steel machine thread nut

right style ----- wrong washer diameter
