the chrome rocker switch on my wiper switch is bubbled, was wondering if someone makes/sells the switch. looked around ans didn't see one.

You can buy a set of new chrome buttons from PG Classics.
JS Restoration, Check the Hot Deals section, can rebuild your switches.
