1970 Roadrunner quarter louvers

I purchase a 70 Roadrunner and the quarters have been replaced, however they did not drill the holes for the side louvers to be bolted on. Does anyone know where the holes should be drilled or have a template? Email me at sam.r.payton@wv.gov
