66 Charger mirror location

I have a 66 Charger at the shop that has had a patch welded in the drivers door where the mirror mounts. The customer has brought in a drivers side remote and a passenger side mirror. I have almost always been able to find measurements and diagrams for mounting anything from trim to emblems on the web but have come up dry on the mirror location for this car (including Coronet). The car is close to going into the paint booth and I would like to drill the holes now. Can anyone help me out? Maybe you have a door you can take measurements from.

not many 66 charger owners on here so I figured I would snap a couple shots off of my car.
