Carter Fuel Pump 4845S

Does anyone produce a visually accurate modern day pump that matches the Carter 4845S? Specifically the square outlet fitting.

I have ordered several different manufacturers from the auto parts store, but none are close. Is NOS my only choice? Then who may have one?

Any help is appreciated.

Nope - all the new pumps have a 6 sided inlet vs the 4 sided. There is a guy who rebuilds original pumps if you have a core.
