Someone please tell me what these are called and if they are reproducing them? They fit below the drip edge and are rusted or missing on my cars.

They are to kind of support the window glass when it is up and yes Tom at RT has nice ones.

I always called them window stays, I bought every NOS one I could find once I found the part# using a parts/dealer locator website cant remember the name.this was about 10 years ago.
