What Screws for 4 Speed Shifter Boot Trim Ring?

I converted to a 4 Speed and wondered what screws to use for the shifter boot trim ring?

#10 x 3/4" countersunk pan head in black phoshate for the 4 under the ring holding the boot

same for the ones holding the chrome ring itself only chrome plated
