anyone know whats going on at m&h (wire harnesses)?

Tried to order a forward lamp harness for my 70 challenger this week and was told they have over 75 on backorder at this point since september 2013 !!! anyone have a new one they dont need right away?

I tried to order a back up light / neutral switch harness from Year One and they were on back order as well. M & H will not sell to the general public due to the exclusive agreement they have with Year One.

Same story here, waiting on a forward light harness for a 68 charger. Said 1-4 weeks when I ordered it......that was 2 weeks ago so far.

Great got one on order from year one as on line it said on hand but called them last week and they said should be in by last Friday. Guess I'm calling year one today!!

There is evans wiring harness also all but dash harnesses I have used them and they are nice also hope this helps

theres this guy selling harness's on ebay too,says his are way better than m&h ,kinda spendy and vague description....

I ordered a Neutral safety switch harness on March 10th, 72 E Body. I was used to having to wait but at 6 weeks I started calling Y1 and M&H. Y1 said that they ordered in November, March and another time and they are backordered. M&H says that Y1 just ordered on April 15th and they aren't making any nor do they have any in stock. I told Y1 lady this and she was ticked that M&H is discussing Y1 business. I ended up getting the Y1 people ticked off at the M&H people. Y1 tells me that they own all of the tooling for the E body harnesses that M&H uses and that they should have some by April 30th. M&H guy was wrong.

I got my harness in the mail on May 5th.

Dunno what's going on but WTH. I get that keeping parts in stock get expensive but come on. I was #6 out of 15 waiting on this harness on April 15th.

Just got off phone with Year One. Said the 72 cuda forward harness I have on order is expected 6-30. Tried Classic and they wont tell me who supply's them just that its at least 30 days maybe longer. This sucks!

I just bought one from evans wiring,they had them in stock.........

Been in talks with them and looks like ill order ours up monday.

I needed some harnesses for a 64 and was told by Y.O. it would be a couple of months. I asked if it would be through M & H and was told yes, but they are having some "production issues" with that year.
Sounds like they are having "issues" with all of the years.
