Anone ever use this stuff to glue/repair dash plastic pieces
" 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ High Performance Industrial Plastic Adhesive 4693H "

Ad says: "exhibits excellent bond strength to metals and many plastics, including polypropylene, polyethylene and high-impact polystyrene"

Ref: http://www.shop3m.com/3m-scotch-weld-hig...-5-oz-tube.html

Isn't one of those the plastic used that is hard to repair in our old mopars?

What are you trying to glue, most parts are abs or pvc, not polypropylene.
