1978 Aspen/Volare wiring harness repo?

Hello,
I am posting for a friend of mine.
I remember there was someone, who could make a factory type wiring harness...built to your specs. was wondering if anybody knows any information, where my friend can contact them? or even maybe find an n.o.s. type under dash wiring harness?
Its for his sons 1978 Volare, that has dash light/ battery running down problems. Instead of fixing whatever is wrong, he just wants to try replacing the wiring harness and light switch.
and I dont know enough about those cars to tell him what to look for. says when you turn the key, the dash lights come on?
anyway..anyone?

Dont know about reproduction harnesses for the F bodies but I should have a very nice original 78 dash harness or two on the shelf. A/C or non- A/C? What other options?

As for options, I am not sure. I can ask him on Monday at work.
What kind of general price are you thinking?
