identification of wiring harness

I have a wiring harness I had in storage and do not know what it is exactly for. Part number on harness: #2983312.
The harness has a 4 prong male end with an arrow shaped connector and another female harness with 6 connectors.
The other end terminates in a 6 prong harness that connects to a retrostat that looks like it would mount under the dash panel. Possibly looks like it would hook somewhere with the radio wiring
Any help appreciated

Picture is very dark but it looks like the connector for the tail/brake light harness. The rest I cant tell. If you google the number it will probably come up.
