3 speed wiper motor

my 3 speed wiper motor runs the same speed in all 3 positions on the switch. any help would be appreciated.car is in fresh paint.

Make sure the switch has a good ground to the dash frame and the dash frame can make a ground to the body.

thanks guys grounded switch worked all 3 speeds and parks in same spot every time. thanks again
