68 Charger door lock ferrules

The 68 Charger I'm working on has huge door lock ferrule cut outs in the doors. I've found the ferrules but there must be some kind of filler between the ferrule and the knob? Where to get them with the filler included? Thanks.

The ferrule goes in the upper door pad not the door frame.
