'70 B-Body Burnt Orange Interior

For a Superbee with the Burnt Orange interior and a bench seat.

Carpet is the Burnt Orange color or black? Seat belts, same question.

Are there medallions on the bench seats for a '70? Also, is the headrest on a '70 bench the formed one with the chrome strip that wraps around it or is it the boxy looking one like on a 68 - 69?

Hmmmm,...the carpet dilemma, rule of thumb on this subject is: Black if it's a 4spd car, Burnt Orange if an Auto,....but Chrysler was known to skip rules

I agree. I've been following this for years. There is documentation that says the carpet should be the same as the dash color and another document that says it should be black for a 4-speed. It appears that the black for 4-speed is mainly for burnt orange or tan interiors. I've never seen any documentation that relates to why. My 70 RR 4-speed has black carpet. Nothing on the build sheet says why.
