Should a 6-71 built challenger have jute padding and cardboard trunk divider or just the cardboard trunk divider?

I don't think there was ever any insulation on the trunk dividers...any year.

...never seen anything in the 300+ E bodies I parted in the last 25-30 years

There is jute under the package tray but not the divider.
