Need frame hole reference for repair (70 B body)

This area was removed on my right frame rail long ago and now I'm fabricating a repair. I want to make the holes before I weld the piece on, so I need to find out if the holes in this area are the same as the left side (which would be a small hole on the backside, large hole on the bottom, and medium size hole on the front side.)
