That is the balancer on my '70 440+6 GTX ("E" - LA built) 
... but I was going to say NO?

Thats also a sixpack/HP balancer but the more common style...They have the same balance effect just the inertia ring is different..

Thanks for all the help,, This is with a 70 440 HP2 engine i'm getting for my car.
