Fuel filler tube(neck) Charger. Whos refinishing them?

What it says. Who is releading or whatever materials is on The exterior of the tube?

have you tried e-bay or the like? I'm sure you can find one done already or even a nice original piece. I cleaned my own up. Wasn't hard. Hot soapy water, green pad and it looked almost new.
