Showing 10-10.5 on vaccum gauge.Six pack has a 6.5 valve in it should i change it?If so do i do a number 5 valve.

Holley power valves come in half inch increments from 2.5 with one inch increases to 10.5 inches, not even inches like 4.0, 5.0 and so on

Auto transmission checked it in gear with foot on brakes 10.5.
