69 dart turn signals dont work with headlights on

the passenger side blinks slow and the driver side doesn't blink at all when headlights are on, is it the switch or wiring,both turn signals work fine when headlightsand parking lights are off,

Check the grounds .

What's the amp gauge say with the headlights on?

does your park lights stay on when you turn on the headlights? if so , one of your bulbs has a shorted filament, or one of the park/signal bulbs may be installed incorrectly.

I think 69 was the first year for parking lights and headlights on at the same time.

my 67 b cuda both stay on

Got it fixed,both ground wires for the front parking lights were missing, cut some 12ga wire with spade & ring connectors now all my lights work perfect, thanks guys
