No Way on this console carpet surround !!

I have spent the last hour trying to fit my new console carpet surround or skirts. There is no way it fits over the 4spd cover...also, there are/were no instructions as to where to start, at which corner or nothing. The pic shows the gap in the carpet. Any help is appreciated.

Mine fit like absolute crap as well...I had to do a lot of modifying to get it to look okay......

you-no, it's pretty sad when a well known carpet company that advertises everywhere you look in this Mopar world and they reproduce a product that is so far from the way it was made for Chrysler back in the day. We pay extra bucks for the pre-cut version and you still have to trim it.

The four speed hump-thing was covered with a separate piece of carpet........
