1998 dodge intrepid wont start

hello all my kids 1998 intrepid wont start you turn the key all the dash light come on but it does nothing i do feel the it clicking in the fuse box under the hood i switch the relays around and still it does nothing so my the starter or the ignition switch so any ideals thks ed

Try hitting the starter while someone is turning the key. Also if you hear one click it's likely the starter, several clicks check for low voltage(battery).
