what carb is this? slant 6

i cant see where it says holley or carter on it so its throwing me off, its got some name which has what looks like it starts with a fancy E or something, some numbers i read off it are 5RS311, 4095932, 8727, 0649, 12R-684513 and on that sticker it says 4095932, 8727. its a one barrel carb. i need to either find a rebuild kit or buy another reman carb if i cant find a super slant 6 set-up for the truck so any help would be great.

Looks like a newer ESA ignition smogged up Holley 1945 1bbl.

The truck is from california originally but not sure if its the original motor but I assumed it was because it had AC and not manny slants have that in canada lol, what would be involved with swapping on another non smooged up carb? I don't need to e test the truck, just need it to run better and I can't seem to find much info or kits based on the number on the side of this one
