Those are not E body shifter rods - they look way too short. I think they're B body, if not, then probably A body.
The transmission levers are also not E body. All reverse levers (the bottom lever in your photo) have the rectangular mounting slots at an angle, but the E body 1-2 and 3-4 levers also have the mounting slots at an angle.
