post the # on the machined pad on the pan rail AND look on the ext housing on the side about halfway back on iirc the dr side for a cast 2 digit # such as "77" which'll be the CASTING year & not likely that the ext housing has been changed/not orig so that'll get you close until you post the # & someone can pin it down further

3681844 is a 999 not a 904, 5051 is the build date April 27, 1975 so it's a '75 model.
