Duster power steering - 01/07/11 05:15 PM

I am putting power steering pump on my wifes 73 Duster, I have the correct small block brackets and using a Saginaw pump. I see where the top bolt attaches to the water pump. I not sure where the bottom bolt go's. Am I missing something, is there a bracket that comes off the side of the water pump and attaches to the power steering bracket. Thanks for any help.

No, that is for a cast iron 69 down water pump system with drivers side radiator hose inlet.

Off topic....Is your car petty unmolested? Is that the original battery ground cable. The large cylinder insulator at the head looks familar. Some 340's seem to have that ground strap and some do not.

NOT SURE HOW UNMOLESTED THE MOTOR IS.I KNOW MY COUSIN TOOK IT OUT OF A 69 CUDA AND INSTALLED IT INTO THIS 72 DUSTER.THE MOTOR IS NOW BEING REBUILT IN THE MACHINE SHOP.IT WAS PRETTY TIRED INTERNALLY.
