I am repainting a set of black mopar valve covers and am wondering what wrinkle(SP) paint you have found to be the best? Thanks for the info.

I bought some at a Harley dealership some years back that worked quite well.

Haven't personally used the Harley stuff, but people seem to like it. Eastwood & VHT have it too, and occasionally I see it at auto parts stores.
Main thing is to get the parts warm, and have a heat gun or hair dryer to help get the wrinkle effect. You basically bomb the parts with paint, just short of runs, and sometimes it takes a few coats.

I used VHT on these, they were basically trash when I started. I also used the heat gun method, it works great.
