Can you paint a vinyl top?

My just redone white vinyl top took some brake fluid from vehicle on lift above. It's ugly and it won't come off. Any ideas?

You can repaint it or better yet re-dye it. Call your local upholstery shop, preferably a well know shop that's been around a while. But you should probably just bite the bullet and get another one put on. That brake fluid will bleed through whatever you put on the top...eventually.
