What does this go to. Guy that sold it to me @ Monster Mopar said 68 - 70 B Body but it does not look like my old booster. Any Ideas.?

Has 6 104 B & 11222 on the back of booster & 3 340 A on the Front. Any info would be helpful.

looks like a small booster with MC for a BB truck

Looks like the replacement Cardone is sending out for the Bendix booster:
