charging problem 75 duster

my chargeing system is pumping to many volts out and i checked the altnator out its fine and voltage regulator is fine alll my grounds are good cleand all contions at the balkhead connectner but still got dran some weres in wiring my voltage regulater is locked open has any one else had this problem

You also seem to have trouble with your keyboard. You missed a few letters, periods and commas in your post.
