Rear End work in Upstate NY?

Hi,
I have a friend in Rochester, NY that needs someone to go through the rear end, check it our, and swap out the 4.56 gears for something more friendly. When I lived up there, everyone went to Paul Bassett, but he's moved away. It always seemed to be something of a specialty for certain people, can you recommend anyone else?
